Sales & Shipping

Sales of Lenné wines can only be made to individuals 21 years of age and older.  

Our wines are shipped via FedEx ground, when they can move safely during cool weather (temps from 35-75). Summertime options to ship overnight or two-day with cold packs are also available in our store.

We are unable to ship wine to Arkansas, Delaware, Mississippi, Rhode Island, and Utah due to local state laws..

Returns Policy

Lenné Estate stands behind the quality of our wines. We will replace a comparable bottle of wine or issue a refund for any bottle that is damaged, flawed, or that the customer finds unsatisfactory.  We request that the rejected bottle is returned to us for replacement.

By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is flawed.. We are unable to accept a return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that was ordered in error.

Please send an email to info@lenneestate.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

If you are unable to visit our tasting room with a return, we will refund or give equivalent value in store credit for the original cost of the wine, less shipping and handling.
